Guidance for customers to update 11-digit phone number registered for transactions at OceanBank

According to the regulations on changing customer’s information under the agreement signed between OceanBank and customers, Ocean Commercial Limited Liability One-member Bank (OceanBank) is pleased to announce.

According to the Decision 798 / QD-BTTTT of the Ministry of Information and Communications on the change of 11-digit to 10-digit phone numbers from September 15, 2018 to November 14, 2018, corporate customers and individual customers who are registering their 11-digit numbers with OceanBank shall need update their new numbers in order to continue their related banking services, including:

- Contact information on telephone numbers related to accounts, savings, cards and other services

- Digital banking services: Easy Internet Banking, Easy SMS Banking, Easy Mobile Banking


- By the end of November 14, 2018, for customers who have not updated 11-digit phone number, based on which services used at the bank will be interrupted.

- Customers only need to make a one-time phone number update for all relevant banking services

The timeline of updating the new phone number will apply according to the update schedule of telecommunication operators
