Customers who want to buy blank cheque must:

•  Open a deposit account at OceanBank;

•  Not be prohibited to use cheque or not be suspended to draw cheque.

Customers can buy blank cheque at any transaction points of OceanBank.

Customer can make a written request for buying cheque with the form of OceanBank.
