When appointed as the advising/ confirming bank of the L/C, OceanBank shall check the authenticity of the L/C and its amendment(s); advise the customer; and confirm the L/C (if required). Upon receipt of the customer’s written request accompanied with the documents presented under the L/C, OceanBank shall check the docs, give the necessary advice, negotiate the docs (if required) and send abroad to get payment.

•  Free-of-charge consultancy before signing the contract (if required)

•  Note of disadvantage conditions of L/C and its amendment(s)

•  Assitance in Document checking and note of necessary amendments 

•  Financial support through the bank’s export financing program with favorable conditions and interest rate

•  Short processing time

•  Legal documents of the enterprise (copy of original and amendments)

•  Original L/C and all amendments 

•  Set of documents as required by L/C

•  Claim for payment of export documents under L/C

•  Export license/ quota (regarding the goods that require export license/ quota)
