In order to provide importers a secured payment method for its foreign partners, OceanBank shall issue L/C in favor of the customer and make payment to the beneficiary upon receipt of docs fully complied with the terms and conditions of the L/C.

•  Simple and flexible procedures

•  Free-of-charge consultancy on the international trading rules, practices, special terms of L/C in order to reduce risks incurred in trading

•  Financial support through the bank’s import financing program with favorable conditions and interest rate, special incentives for the enterprises with good credit and service using history  

•  Legal documents of the enterprise (copy of original and amendments)

•  Request for L/C issuance / amendment  (as per OceanBank’s form)

•  Certified copy of Business contract and related amendments

•  Import license/ quota (regarding the goods that require import license/ quota)

•  The State Bank ofVietnam’s written confirmation of registration on foreign debt  (in case the payment term is more than 1 year).
