A foreign currency transaction at a specific exchange rate, effective payment on a specific day in the future (from 3 banking days or more and not exceeding 365 days) upon signing the contract.

•  Enterprises operate legally in theterritoryofVietnam.

Customers only need to present documents with full information regarding the purpose, amount and type of currency for payment, payment time in accordance with the prevailing regulations on foreign exchange management for using VND for purchasing foreign currencies through forward transactions.
