OceanBank held Seminar on Business Implementation of the North

On June 12, 2015, OceanBank held a Seminar on Business Implementation of the North with the participation of members of the Board of Directors, the Management Board, and Managers of Head Office departments and Branches in the North.

At the seminar,OceanBank has discussed on its current situation, market credentials in the new period and set up objectives and basic solutions to achieve business goals of the last 6 month of 2015.


In the future, Business units in the North will focus on two strategic tasks is processing bad debts, and mobilizingcapital. On mobilizingcapital, OceanBank will implement and promote programs to mobilize capital for individual and institutional customers, build mechanisms for business staff. Staffs need to reorganize working style, service attitude to deliver the best experience for customers. Meanwhile, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Do Thanh Son stressed: "Every Business unit must understand and follow customer needs, do not delay, and let the work backlog".

At the meeting, OceanBank’s management has listened tothe recommendations and proposals of Branches on their operational situation. Simultaneously, OceanBank’s management has given specific solutions, aimed to solve bottle necks and difficulties in the operations of Branches. OceanBank’s management will follow the operations of Branches, support Branches in dealing with debts, and cooperate with Branches’ Directors to work directly with the customer.
