Change of account balance notification service via SMS

Starting from July 1st, 2020, OceanBank applies change of account balance notification service via SMS for transactions from VND 30.000 (Not applicable for VISA OceanBank card transactions) in order to secure and facilitate management of Customers accounts.

Sending SMS notification about account balance changes of transactions from VND 30.000, would limit unnecessary notification messages, and therefore secure information on customer account balance. Customers can easily check their financial transactions of less than VND 30.000 via Easy Internet Banking, Easy OceanBank Mobile or directly at one of our branches/transaction offices.

OceanBank hopes that our account balance notification via SMS service will always be an effective tool for customers to manage their accounts 24/7.
