Secure and convenient transacting through email transactions for business customers

In the context of the recent Covid - 19 epidemic, in order to help businesses be flexible, respond promptly to all situations as well as save time and costs, from August 7th, 2020, OceanBank deployed a new transaction channel via email following a strict, safe and professional process.

Instead of going to OceanBank's Branches/Sub-branches, Organizations and enterprises can scan / copy documents, documents, records, papers/sheets from the original and sent from the email address registered with OceanBank to serve the transaction implementation in accordance with the provisions of OceanBank and relevant laws.

Transaction form applied:

-          Domestic payment transactions in Vietnam dong

-          Debt payment transaction at OceanBank

-          Disbursement transaction

-          Other transactions of OceanBank issued in each period

Working time for transactions via email:

-          Morning from 8:00 - 12:00,

-          Afternoon from 13:00 - 16:00 on OceanBank's working days (for money transfers outside the system, the time to receive before 15:00 on working days),

-          Email transaction documents sent after this time will be handled on the next business day

Applicable documents:

-          Payment order

-          Documents proving the purpose of capital use

-          Receipt of debt
