Change of account balance notification service via SMS

Starting from  10^th March 2023, OceanBank applies change of account balance notification service via SMS for transactions from VND 50.000 (All VISA OceanBank card’s transactions will still be alerted by SMS notifications).

Customers will still receive notification about transactions less than VND 50.000 via OTT alert of app Easy OceanBank Mobile (EOM). The transactions lookup can be performed easily through app EOM, also on Easy Internet Banking service (via https://ib.oceanbank.vn/), or contact directly at one of our branches/transaction offices.
