OceanBank will manage the cash flow and fund for Vinashin shipbuilding projects

On 02/29/2012, in Hanoi, OceanBank and Group Vietnam Industry Shipbuilding group (Vinashin) signed a Principle agreement on the management of cash flow and funding for project / contract of Vinashin.

Accordingly, Ocean Bank will provide credit for production and business activities in 2012 of Vinashin within the credit limits prescribed by the State Bank of Vietnam. The management of cash flow management and payments are made with clear, transparent principles agreements and ensure the interests of both parties.
